This extraordinary piece is an advertising pot lid for Naviati Extra Tobacco. Dating back to the early 1900's, these ornate storage jars would have held loose tobacco used for making cigarettes. We adore the elegant writing in such a beautiful deep blue transfer. A wonderfully interesting piece for any collector.
