These stunning wee Poor Mans Friend' ointment pots date back to around 1918 when the black print replaced the more commonly seen blue printed pots. As there were less of these examples printed due to the start of the WW1, these are seen as slightly rarer - although both are equally beautiful and much sought after by collectors and enthusiasts alike! This one has a small chip to the top but does not detract from the beautiful transfer.
